The democratization of Open Data by local authorities is confirmed, although its adoption is not yet uniform throughout the country. In 2022, 1,062 local authorities took the plunge, compared to only a few dozen a few years ago. However, these advances should not mask the remaining challenges: data quality, standardization, accessibility, etc.
How do we adapt?
Faced with the rise of Open Data, we are bringing our expertise to help public actors navigate this new data landscape. Feedback
Our collaboration with the Bordeaux Metropolis in 2022 illustrates our commitment to the optimization of communication processes through the relevant use of data. We analyzed existing practices and identified opportunities for improvement. We presented the results of our research in various forms to facilitate their understanding and dissemination. This mission significantly improved the city hall's internal communication practices, while providing a solid basis for integrating data into communication processes.

The digitalization of the public sector is under way and its potential is immense. With AI and intelligent data exploitation, we can imagine public services that are more personalized, efficient, and transparent. Administrations could predict the needs of citizens and respond to them proactively. Elected officials could rely on data visualization tools to make informed decisions.
