Faced with significant human resources challenges, a hospital group adopted an innovative approach to recruitment. Exploiting the potential of LinkedIn and automation, a global strategy has been put in place to target ideal profiles, increase engagement and optimize the effectiveness of recruitment teams.
The need
The Covid health crisis has left deep marks on the health sector, especially in terms of human resources. Faced with problems such as recruitment difficulties, high turnover, resignations, and staff shortages, a hospital group felt the urgent need to improve its recruitment process.
The aim was to better target potential candidates, mainly on LinkedIn, while relieving overburdened hiring teams. It was also crucial to increase visibility and engagement on LinkedIn pages of the group's various hospitals, to attract and retain quality talent.
The solution
To meet these challenges, 10h11 has developed a global automated recruitment strategy, commitment and social visibility. By exploiting digital twin and automated scripting technologies, the approach made it possible to precisely target the profiles sought and to contact them in a fully personalized manner. Engagement strategies have been put in place to automate the acquisition of followers and stimulate interaction on hospital LinkedIn pages.
These initiatives allowed to optimize the recruitment process, by reducing the workload of teams while maximizing their efficiency.
The results
The implementation of this strategy has led to a significant improvement in the hospital group's recruitment performance. The number of professional interviews has increased significantly, while the average number of followers on LinkedIn pages has increased by an impressive 62%. In addition, recruiting teams were able to devote more time to high value-added tasks, thus promoting operational efficiency and job satisfaction.
