The project in detail

This infrastructure company sought to optimize the monitoring of its assets around the world. The implementation of a multi-screen DataWall, complemented by an automated monitoring and benchmarking approach, has transformed their management method.

The need

As a manager of multiple infrastructures, the organization needed constant visibility into its assets to make informed strategic decisions. This meant setting up a system that could provide updates in real time that could also process vast amounts of information from a variety of sources. Monitoring and benchmarking were crucial for understanding the competitive environment.

The solution

We deployed a DataWall, present on several screens in their offices, but also on a dashboard on a computer and in push KPIs on WhatsApp. At the same time, we have developed bots capable of automating the collection of information on social networks and websites. This technology has made it possible to carry out ultra-targeted monitoring and benchmarking.

The results

Thanks to the solution implemented, the company was able to monitor the social and production activity of its assets in real time, thus optimizing its decision-making and strategy. Automation has not only allowed for faster and more accurate information gathering, but it has also facilitated communication and network structuring.
